Can I book a whole event team?
Yes. Add several people and roles to one booking, with the date and hours each person is needed. Every shift has a four-hour minimum and remains subject to staff confirmation and availability.
Which event roles can I book?
HirePro lists waiters, premium waiters, bartenders, premium bartenders, runners, general event support crew and event managers, plus kitchen roles where needed.
How early should I book?
The platform requires at least three hours' notice, but events and larger teams should be booked as early as possible. Booking ahead gives suitable staff more time to confirm; availability is never guaranteed.
