Why we started
The problem was never a shortage of good people.
Daniel Nel and Samantha Nel started HirePro after seeing the same failure from both sides: venues could not find reliable cover when service changed, while capable hospitality professionals had no consistent, fair way to find work and build a trusted record.
Traditional recruitment treats every need like a long placement. Informal staffing groups move quickly but provide little context or accountability. HirePro connects the missing pieces: human vetting, live availability, transparent rates, booking tools, backup cover and a work history both sides can trust.
We are not trying to put more anonymous names into a database. We are building a professional network that gets more useful after every shift.
