From Frustration to Solution
HirePro was founded by Daniel Nel and Samantha Nel after witnessing a broken system: venues desperate for reliable staff, and talented hospitality workers struggling to find consistent, fair work.
Traditional staffing agencies were slow, expensive, and often sent workers with no proper vetting. Online platforms were impersonal — no one was actually taking the time to properly assess candidates before sending them into professional kitchens and restaurants.
HirePro does things differently. Every worker goes through a thorough vetting process— CV review, role-related quiz, telephonic interview, work authorisation check, and reference verification. Only the top 5-10% make it through. And we vet the businesses too — our workers deserve safe, professional workplaces.
We're a Cape Town-based platform serving 16+ areas across the city — from the CBD and Waterfront to Camps Bay, Stellenbosch, and beyond.
