Nationwide permanent candidate access

Permanent hospitality recruitment in South Africa.

Hiring a permanent chef, restaurant manager, bartender or waiter does not always need a percentage-based recruitment fee. With HirePro's Talent Pool, South African businesses browse hospitality candidate profiles, compare relevant experience and pay a once-off R200 fee to access each candidate's contact details. You conduct interviews, decide whether to employ the person and agree terms directly. This is candidate sourcing, not a guaranteed placement or a fully managed executive search. Candidate interest and availability can change, and employers should complete their own final role-specific checks before making an offer.

Permanent hiring questions

What does the R200 unlock include?
It releases one candidate's full name, contact details and CV to your approved business. It is a once-off information-access fee, not a percentage of salary.
Does R200 guarantee a hire?
No. An unlock does not guarantee that a candidate is interested, available or suitable. Your business contacts the candidate, interviews them and agrees employment terms directly.
Can businesses outside Cape Town use the Talent Pool?
Yes. Permanent candidate access is available to approved businesses across South Africa. HirePro's hourly shift service has a separate, limited Western Cape service area.
Are candidates vetted?
HirePro reviews applications, identity and right-to-work information, experience, interviews and references before approval. Candidate profiles still include self-provided information, so employers should complete their own role-specific interview and checks.
