Community Guidelines

HirePro is built on trust, professionalism, and respect. These Community Guidelines set out the behaviour we expect from everyone who uses our platform and services. By using HirePro, you agree to follow these guidelines.
1. Be Professional
Treat everyone with courtesy and respect. Communicate clearly, arrive on time, honour commitments, and represent yourself and your business honestly.
2. Provide Accurate Information
All users must provide truthful and complete information. This includes business details, job descriptions, CVs, qualifications, identity documents, and availability. False or misleading information may result in account suspension or removal.
3. Respect Confidentiality
Do not share candidate CVs, business information, contact details, trade secrets, or other confidential information outside the HirePro process without permission.
4. No Discrimination or Harassment
HirePro does not tolerate discrimination, harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind. This includes conduct based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, age, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
5. No Circumvention
Business Users may not bypass HirePro to hire introduced candidates or staff without paying the applicable fees. Staff Users may not bypass HirePro to obtain shifts directly from Business Users introduced through the platform.
6. No Fraud, Abuse, or Misuse
Do not create fake accounts, submit false documents, manipulate reviews or ratings, or use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
7. Protect Health and Safety
Business Users must provide safe working environments. Staff Users must follow reasonable health and safety instructions and report unsafe conditions immediately.
8. Reporting Concerns
If you experience or witness behaviour that breaches these guidelines, please report it to us at info@hireprostaff.co.za. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
9. Enforcement
HirePro may warn, suspend, or permanently remove users who breach these guidelines. Serious breaches, including fraud, harassment, or circumvention, may result in immediate removal and legal action.
