• The Artisans: Proven experience in a high-pressure Italian kitchen.
• The Technicians: Mastery of fresh pasta production (dough hydration, extrusion, and hand-shaping).
• The Flavour Experts: Deep knowledge of traditional sauces—from a 12-hour ragù to a delicate brown butter and sage.
• The Professionals: A commitment to hygiene, consistency, and a "service with a smile" attitude (even during the Friday night rush).

Requirements
- Proficiency in pasta preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
- Understanding of kitchen safety, hygiene standards, and inventory management
- Culinary creativity, passion for Italian cuisine, and attention to detail
- Team collaboration and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Formal culinary training or relevant certifications are a plus
- Previous experience as a Pasta Chef in an Italian restaurant or similar role is advantageous
