We are looking for the top 5-10% of hospitality professionals in each role and skill level. Example: Top 5-10% Commis Chefs
Most professionals complete vetting within 3–5 business days once documents are submitted.
We look for at least six months in your chosen role. Apprenticeships or culinary school internships count toward experience.
Basic black trousers, closed shoes, and a plain neat shirt/chef jacket are expected unless venues specify otherwise. Specialty roles list extra kit requirements.
Cancel inside the app with as much notice as possible. Cancellations within 24 hours may impact your reliability score.
All staff members are responsible for their own transport to and from a venue, you will be able to see the location and decide before you accept, once accepted it is assumed you have arrange suitable transport.
We process payouts twice weekly (Tuesdays and Fridays) via EFT.

HirePro Staff is an on-demand platform that connects venues with pre-vetted hospitality professionals for shifts and events, as well as provide a marketplace for contract and permanent jobs.
Most standard and last-minute shifts in Cape Town are filled within a few hours from our active talent pool, same-day fills possible but alot of staff and specific roles might need longer lead time.
Currently you can book chefs, waiters, bartenders and scullers.
Each professional is screened for ID and right-to-work, experience in their role, references and criminal record before they can accept jobs, we aim for the top 10% staff in their respective roles.
That’s why the platform was made, to keep everyone accountable. Workers are rated after every shift, poor performers are removed, and a replacement can step in quickly if ever needed.
Hourly rates range from R40–R120 per hour, depending on role and skill level. Free accounts pay a 30% platform fee. Our premium subscription unlocks extra benefits, including a reduced transaction fee.
Yes. You can book staff for single events, peak periods, or ongoing rosters. Use the platform to trial candidates before offering permanent positions, post permanent and contract jobs to pre-vetted role specific individuals. Hiring made simple.
